We started cleaning commercial fleets in Fall River. Those same customers asked who could fix the vans, then asked what we had for sale, then asked what they could drive while we worked. Four departments later, we're still at 353 Durfee Street.

The company

One building, one standard

Upscale Autos is the automotive division of Upscale Consulting LLC, operating as a registered DBA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The detailing side came first, built on fleet accounts that needed vehicles turned around fast and consistently — and it now carries paint correction and lite autobody work too. Mechanical repair followed because those fleets needed one shop, not three vendors. Sales stays deliberately small: we only list cars we'd be comfortable servicing for the next five years. Rentals came last, because customers with a car in our bay kept needing something to drive.

That order matters. It's why the lot inventory is short, why every sale comes with the inspection sheet, why the rental fleet is maintained by our own techs, and why the detail bay does the final pass on customer repairs before pickup.

353 Durfee Street sits minutes from Route 24 and I-195, which makes us a practical stop for commuters and for fleets running the Fall River–New Bedford corridor.

We take personal vehicles, work vans, box trucks under CDL weight, and small commercial fleets. If you're coming from out of town for a purchase, call ahead and we'll block the time.
